Abhishek is the founder of The Blue Ribbon Movement, a youth organization working on creating and nurturing social leadership. He has represented a global youth coalition at the United Nations. He initiated the South Asian Youth Conference which brought together young leaders from all 8 SAARC Nations. He has been a speaker at The 5th World Youth Conference (Turkey), Youth Encounters in Sustainability (Japan) and the Academia Engelberg Conference (Switzerland). He is a gold medalist from IIM Bangalore. He has interned with Deutsche Bank (Singapore) in the global markets division. In his corporate stints with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Hay Group he has worked across diverse sectors including cement, textile, telecom, auto ancillary etc. He provides HR consulting and corporate theatre based training. He has learnt and practiced NLP, Reiki, EFT and Transcendental Meditation. Abhishek has authored 3 books that have collectively sold over 50k copies over the last 10 years. As a partner to a theatre artist and a parent to a 17 year old daughter, he also cherishes living the dharma of a householder. He believes in living the future now as a way of manifesting it.
He is a Mumbaikar by birth, choice and orientation. His hobbies and passions (theatre, facilitation, movies, art) are integrated into his work.
