Dave Pendle founded Generative You, a leadership development social enterprise. he aims to help entrepreneurs, social change catalysts, regenerative educators, learning and human development experts as well as systems change activists to take significant steps toward realising their fullest inner capabilities to lead themselves and others in a collapsing world. As an Inner Devlopment Expert, he is integrating 30 years work in non-profit organisations, with 25 years in intensive personal development and exploration, including 10,000 hours of mindfulness and meditation practice to reform and transform the nature of leadership development through Generative You. In order to co-develop eco-system leaders, educators and changemakers, to embody, inhabit and launch the limitless possibilities of a saner world that works for all.  He also loes to coach the coaches, train the trainers, facilitate the facilitators and develop the organisational developers in order for them to dive into their highest potentials and grow the depth of and breadth of their impact.
