Patrick Cassidy is Director of the full-time dojo, Aikido Montreux. The dojo offers evening and morning classes for adults and children in the arts of Aikido, Yoga and Meditation. Aikido Montreux also offers an uchideshi (live in student program) designed as a professional teacher training program. Cassidy supervises a community of 25 dojos worldwide. Under the banner of Evolutionary Aikido, each school uses the traditional and emerging art of Aikido as a method to support the personal evolution of the human individual within the scope of conflict resolution, embodiment, and the expression of human potential., trainer and facilitator in the Conscious Conflict Resolution Program for Caregivers. He also leads conflict resolution programs in psychiatric hospitals in the Romand area of Switzerland. His programs have been offered at the University Hospital in Geneva (HUG), Psychiatric Centre in Neuchatel (CNP), Nant Foundation in Vevey, and Mallevoz Hospital in Valais.
