Recently 3rd-Space sat down with Abhishek Thakore, founder of the Blue Ribbon Movement in Mumbai. Abhishek is a fluid thinker, a writer and social activist. Engaged in a rich ecosystem, both locally and globally, Abhishek is involved in multiple initiatives for social change. He brings the depth of wisdom of his own culture, as well as contemporary insights, to his work. We asked Abhishek what distinguishes the Indic response to the metacrisis to that of the West? At a time when new (and ancient) perspectives are needed, this turned out to be a deep and thought-provoking discussion.

Fascinating conversation Mary & Abhi, “all hands on deck” for sure. A ‘Matrix of Mutuality’ comes to mind when listening to your dialogue. When we use the tried and tested tools of wisdom to liberate our understanding, we can align with pure flow of nature and manifestation rather than remain embedded in the patterns of past experience, produced by our meaning making.
